Visual Verification operate one of the largest CCTV Monitoring Stations in the United Kingdom. Their purpose built premises in Cheshire meet the highest possible industry standards, and maintain the Company's position at the cutting edge of the security industry.

The Centre is operated to BS:5979 – Category 2. This governs the physical construction of the building, the integrity of the equipment within it and the existence of a universal back-up facility. The requirements also include a complete audit trail, staff vetting (to BS:7858) and the need for detailed operational requirements.

The Company is also certified to BS:8418 which is the industry standard for the remote monitoring of detector activated CCTV systems. Visual Verification as a company are also recognized by the International Standards Organisation as having achieved ISO9001:2008 accreditation.

Recognition by the Security Systems & Alarms Inspections Board (SSAIB) provides Visual Verification with complete accreditation for Police Forces across the country. This relationship is increasingly vital. As Police Forces continue to clamp down on persistent False Alarm, sites are at increasing risk of having their Police response withdrawn. Visual Verification can eradicate this threat by dealing with False Alarms efficiently and only involving the Police where necessary.

In May 2006, the Company became the first monitoring station in the country to attain Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status from the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Accordingly all operators are licensed by the SIA, and the Company is rigorously audited by the SIA.

The award-winning centres expert staff are continually trained and assessed to meet the strictest industry standards. Operators have a broad skills base acquired from various backgrounds including the Emergency Services, Armed Forces and Law Enforcement. New recruits not only receive product training but also training in criminal law, Police policy, Customer Service and communications skills.
